Locally our social justice heroes are Marcellin Champagnat. Champagnat worked with young children who were uneducated religiously and academically, and worked to end illiteracy and spiritual poverty. (Martistbr, 2017)
Mad/Champagnat day: tell a story about this day.
Mad day at St Teresa’s is a day where the school combines to create stalls in order to raise money for charities.
A story when you went to Oz care/Carramar etc and the difference it made…

The Noosa mayor and council have worked to preserve the environment by creating national parks.
